PREPAYMENT
Prepayment of 100% of the reservation amount is requested up to 30 days before arrival.
FREE CANCELLATION
A full refund of the prepayment will be provided if canceled up to 30 days prior to check-in. After that, no refund will be issued. In case of a no-show, the no-show fee will be the total amount of the reservation.
RESERVATION CHANGES
Requests for changes can be made directly via email and are subject to availability.
BREAKFAST
All reservations include breakfast, which will be delivered to each Villa.

RECEPTION SERVICES

PARKING
• Free private parking is available on site and does not require a reservation.
PETS
• Pets are allowed.
CLEANING SERVICES
• Villas are cleaned daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every 4 nights or upon customer request.
• Guests have full independence to use the houses.
MEALS
• Breakfast is included in the reservation.
• Lunches and dinners are not served.
CONDUCT AND DAMAGES
• Please take care of your stay and accommodation. The customer is responsible for any breakages or damages caused during their stay.
LIABILITY
• The customer is responsible for personal losses or damages unless directly caused by Batalha Golf Villas & Spa.
PREAMBLE
These general sales conditions are agreed upon between JLI, Lda., headquartered at Estrada Regional do Pópulo, No. 111, 9500-609 Ponta Delgada, tax identification number 516 961 195, and contact +351 910 845 312, hereinafter referred to as “Batalha Golf Villas & Spa” and individuals who wish to make reservations through the website batalhagolfvillasspa.pt, hereinafter referred to as “User.”
The parties agree that reservations made through the website batalhagolfvillasspa.pt will be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.
ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT
- The purpose of these general sales conditions is to provide and define all the necessary information to the User regarding the booking methods, payment, and provision of services, carried out on the website batalhagolfvillasspa.pt.
- These conditions regulate all the necessary steps to make the acquisition and ensure the follow-up of this service provision to the User.
ARTICLE 2 – RESERVATION
- The User finalizes their reservation by completing the “checkout” process presented on the website batalhagolfvillasspa.pt, adding the villa(s) and date(s) they wish to book.
- To make a reservation, the User must:
- a) Complete the information provided during the reservation process, such as personal and payment details (billing address, payment method, as well as the VAT number and name to be included on the invoice for tax purposes).
- The final confirmation of the reservation by the User constitutes full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the services available for the reservation, as well as these General Conditions, which will be the only ones applicable to the concluded contract.
- Batalha Golf Villas & Spa will honor reservations received online. In the event of unavailability of the service, Batalha Golf Villas & Spa undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
- The data on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.
- If payment of the invoice is not received by the services within the indicated deadline, the reservation will not be guaranteed.
ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT
- On the website www.batalhagollfvillasspa.pt, Batalha Golf Villas & Spa offers the User the following payment methods via ifthenpay, lda:
a) MB Reference;
b) MBway;
c) Credit Card;
- In the case of payment by credit card, the charge will be made to the User’s card immediately after confirmation of the reservation. If any of the requested services are not possible to be provided, their value will be credited to the User’s card, after the reservation has been completed.
- Reservations are valid for 48 hours, during which time payment must be made for the reservation confirmation (corresponding to 100% of the total amount). If payment is made via bank transfer (IBAN), proof of payment must be sent via email.
ARTICLE 4 – AVAILABILITY AND CONSUMPTION
- The availability of the reservation will be provided after the confirmation of payment.
ARTICLE 5 – PRICES
- Prices are in Euros, including taxes and fees, taking into account the VAT in effect at the time of payment of the order.
- If there is an increase in the prices of any service, the User will be immediately informed and can choose to continue their reservation (by paying the price difference) or proceed with its cancellation.
ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION
- The cancellation process is handled on a case-by-case basis by Batalha Golf Villas & Spa. The request must be submitted in writing to the contact email reservas@batalhagolfvillasspa.pt, within 15 days after the reservation, and the instructions for cancellation and refund will be provided by Batalha Golf Villas & Spa through the same communication channel.
- Batalha Golf Villas & Spa undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 30 days. If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the check-in date, the user will be charged 100% of the costs.
- In case of “no show”, the no-show fee will be the total value of the reservation. Batalha Golf Villas & Spa undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 30 days.
ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY POLICY
The processing of your data is done in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. The data, subject to computer processing, will be included in the Batalha Golf Villas & Spa’s database(s) and are intended for the registration and presentation of tourist accommodations and services, as well as institutional information provided by them. The provision of your data is optional, and in accordance with the law, you have the right to access, rectify, and cancel any data that directly concerns you, either in person or in writing, directly to the address indicated on the homepage of this website.
